About us

OVERVIEW
PPKSB was incorporated on 2 September 2014 with a total paid-up capital of 250,000 shares. PPKSB is based at Al-Bukhary Complex ("The Complex"), Alor Setar, Kedah. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bukhary Holdings Sdn Bhd (Ultimate Holding Company). PPKS is helmed by Mr. Johar Mohd Noor, The Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") since 1 July 2019 and he is assisted by 68 staff (as of July 2023).
OUR OBJECTIVE
PPKSB's main responsibility is to provide property and facility management services to the business entities/ users within 75 acres of the complex. They received funds from Yayasan Albukhary and administrated them for the furtherance and promotion of charity, religion, education, and science. The business entities/ users managed by PPKSB are listed below.
